Frowny Food

What to eat when you just don't want to? Eggs. Blueberries. Apple. Almonds. Honeydew melon. Tea. I secretly want potatoes, rice, GF bread or cookies, but I know that that much sugar is too much. Didn't sleep well; very crampy through the night, up at 3. I feel like my right side is going to burst.
