Cool Change

Just before Summer days grew chill, little orange butterflies began to cross my path. Reading in bed, my eyes are drawn by a brave and lazy flutter. I pause at a bright, bustling pair between the office and me. A single illustrated Monarch hovers beyond the square window in my birthday card. I became aware of many more such instances. I believe they amount to a good omen.

Approaching the anniversary of my diagnosis, I believe that a positive transformation is in store for me this year, in health and in home.

Beautiful post! I've always heard that seeing a butterfly fortells a "rebirth" of sorts: emerging from the cocoon...definitely a good omen! :-)
