On 5 Nov, I ate.

Breakfast:
Coffee with Splenda
Strawberries
Date & coconut rolls*
Jones All Natural sausage (contains sugar)
Egg

Snack:
Almonds

Lunch:
Leftover stirfry

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Broiled steak tips on salad: lettuce, grape tomatoes, green onions

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea

*YUM! Stuff some crushed cashews in 'em and call it a LĂ„RABAR replacement!
