Breakfast:
Coffee with Splenda
Date & coconut rolls cut in thirds with an almond pressed into each
Blueberries
Egg

Snack:
Granny smith apple
Banana

Lunch:
Tuna salad: lettuce, grape tomatoes, onion, olive oil

Snack:
Baked Apples

Popped an Altoid® on the way to Quest Lab (contains sugar).

Dinner:
Haddock in olive oil
Acorn squash
Cauliflower

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea
