2 eggs
Red raspberries

Snack:
Apple
Pecans

Lunch:
Chicken tenders on salad: lettuce, grape tomatoes, onions and blueberries

Snack:
Pecans

Dinner:
Chick and Broccoli-Pear Salad

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea
