Breakfast:
Coffee with Splenda
Petite Quiche-cakes

Snack:
Strawberry-banana yogurt (contains modified corn starch) with ½ banana

Lunch:
2 Quiche-cakes

Snack:
Date & coconut rolls*

Dinner:
Stuffed pepper

Snack:
Pecans

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea

*3 - cut in thirds with an almond pressed into each
