On 9 Nov, I ate.

Breakfast:
Coffee with Splenda
Raspberry yogurt (contains cornstarch)
Pecans

Snack:
Cashews

Lunch:
6 oz. sirloin with salad: baby greens and mandarin orange

Snack:
Green apple and cashews

Dinner:
Chili-spiced hamburger and olives + cheese
Rockamole

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea + LĂ„RABAR
