A Weekend Off

No posts over the weekend due to network outage and general pre-holiday business. I am feeling all right on my fourth day of Flagyl; going to stop tracking food intake so closely.

Unbreaded Chicken Parm

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
½ cup pasta sauce
½ cup cheese
Tomato slices to cover chicken
Basil, oregano, garlic powder

Method:
Heat oven to 375°
In skillet, heat chicken through
Place chicken in casserole or baking dish
Cover chicken with pasta sauce, cheese, tomatoes, cheese, and herbs
Cover and bake for 15 minutes
Uncover and bake for 5 minutes
Broil if browning is desired
