On 10 Nov, I ate.

Breakfast:
Coffee with Splenda
Egg and bacon, 2 date rolls with almonds, ½ banana

Snack:
Peanuts

Lunch:
Chicken stirfy: mushroom, broccoli, red pepper, water chestnut

Snack:
Fuji apple

Dinner:
Chicken with garlic, onion and red pepper

After-dinner:
Peppermint tea
Strawberry yogurt (contains cornstarch) with blueberries and walnuts
