Prep Step Three

a.k.a. On 15 Nov, I ate.

I imagine the worst is over. I've had a cup of Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth (I meant to grab Chicken flavor but this isn't so bad). It's not transparent, but hopefully clear enough!

Going to have some tea now.

Prep Step Two

First 8 oz. at 12. Nauseous on the bathroom floor by 12:08. In bed at 12:10, taking 8oz. approximately every 15 minutes. Fluid is all drunk by 2. I am extremely bloated, but better than I was at 12:08.

Prep Step One

Had some coffee, an egg and a few blueberries for breakfast. Took care of last minute work ... I know they can and do survive without me, but alas, such is my obsessive sense of responsibility.

Bathroom is sparkling, an apple candle is lit. If I'm going to be spending some time, it has to be clean! 4 candy-like Bisacodyl tablets down the hatch at 10am. Now, an hour later, I am starting to cramp up. Waiting to drink that delicious cherry drink; I hear it's divine.
