On 12 Nov, I ate.

Breakfast:
Bacon, onion, cheddar omelette

Snack:
½ orange

Lunch:
Chicken stir fry: broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Red Vinaigrette on spinach salad

After-dinner:
LÄRABAR
Peppermint tea

Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup chopped raspberries
¼ cup red vinegar
¼ chopped red onion
4 Tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Method:
Shake or stir all ingredients and splash over spinach, cucumber and raspberries.

When I told people about my impending examination, the response from knowledgeable friends and family was invariably "no big deal - the prep is the worst part." I'm sure that was all my subconscious absorbed since I have apparently misplaced the prescription for it. I will be sure to call my doctor and straighten this all out tomorrow. T-4 days.
