Bloating on VSL#3

It could be flu (what else to suspect this time of year?), but I experienced some serious bloating and nausea after VSL#3/Activia yogurt snack this morning. The last word from my doctor was to continue with the VSL 1x/day for 5 days after the end of the antibiotic. I have taken it at night with no issue; today is the first notable adverse reaction. VSL3.com says that bloating is normal ... in the beginning.

Off to find a good banana and almond flour muffin/bread recipe ...
