1 or 2 1" thick Swordfish Steaks
Garlic Cloves, chopped
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Sea Salt and Pepper, freshly ground
Combine Lemon zest, Garlic, Parsley, Salt and Pepper.
Chop each Steak into 4 or more pieces.
Coat Swordfish pieces in Olive Oil; rub with zesty mix.
Marinate in glass dish for 15-30 minutes.
Heat oven to 425°.
Bake Fish on broiler pan for 15-20 minutes then broil for 2-5 minutes.
